  • Email Us Button  -This feature provides a fast and simple-to-use integrated clickable button for your customers to email you directly within the TradiesAPPS™ ecosystem.
  • Custom Pages Button - This feature allows our design team to assign webpages, source code, such as iframes, about us, and just about anything information you wish to convey to customers. Depending on the plan you choose you have various page options to include in your design.
  • Social Media Button - This feature will enter your customer into your social media tab where all your Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and so on links are contained. Great for keeping them aware of your posts on social platforms.
  • Social Wall Button - This feature opens up your own unique social wall where only your customers can post. This is our own social media ecosystem that you can moderate. It helps keep your customers engaged and allows them to post as well. This feature keeps everyone "all in the family" so to speak.
  • Appointment Scheduler Button - This feature is for your online appointments. Here you can accept online appointments for your business. All tiers include up to 4 users. Usually, most customers only set up one account as a catch-all and funnel the appointments to the selected technician of choice.
  • Tradesperson Verification Button - This feature provides instant access to licensing information for your customer to verify the technician assigned. This can be dynamic and pull information from a state online search or static within the app itself.
  • Admin Button - This feature gives you total control over your TradiesAPPS™ ecosystem. You can send In-App Messages and do almost everything on your own app that you could do on the desktop console. You can moderate social wall posts, add custom pages, edit app content, and more. This feature is only available to Gold and Diamond Tier plans.
  • Photo Gallery - This feature allows your customers to see images of your work. This allows you to display images you want all your APP users to see and marvel at.
  • Video Gallery - This feature allows your customers to see youtube videos of your work. This allows you to display engaging videos you want all your APP users to see and marvel at.
  • Discount Voucher Button - This feature allows you to post discount coupons, special deals, QR codes for discounts and so much more. Yu can even dictate ow many times they can use the coupon before it stops working. Great for sharing deals and sparking interest in your services.
  • Tip Calculator - This feature is self-explanatory but we all like to get tips so this feature makes it easy for the customer to calculate a tip which increases the likelihood you may receive a tip. Plus they can use it when going out to restaurants as well.
  • Interactive Quizzes - This feature is used to send a little quiz to your customers. For example, an HVAC contractor may set up a simple quiz saying " How often should you change your air filters in your heating and cooling system? They would give answers and then it would provide the answer and suggestive appointment follow-ups. Great to engage customers and educate them as well.
  • In-App Messaging - This feature offers you the ability to contact all your customers directly, with a pop-up message, explaining specials, announcements, deals, and so on. This feature is only available in the Gold and Diamond Tiers but it is worth it as it gives you direct access to anyone with your app...instantly.
  • Android PWA Push Notices - This feature allows you to send notifications and messages directly to your customer's phones, engaging them to open your app. This only works on Android but rumors are iOS is coming soon. This feature is only available in the Gold and Diamond Tiers.
  • Loyalty/Rewards Cards - This feature offers the familiar loyalty and rewards comment to be able to give rewards for repeat business. They are 100% electronic and use gate keeper technology to ensure only real and accurate validation of the service takes place. This is an AMAZING feature.
